When can I return an item?
Returning an item is fast and easy. You’ll only have to guarantee that it meets the following conditions:
- Has been purchased within 30 days;
- The product has never been used and has to be returned in its original condition. In case of Footwear, it must be returned with its original box (except the package plastic that may have been opened);
- With the original invoice or a copy.
How can I return an item?
1. Login to your account here and introduce your e-mail and password;
2. 2. Click on “My Account” and then in the lateral menu on “Return an Order”;.
3. In the Order’s menu click on the order that you want to return;
4. Fill the form with the information about the return and, after confirmation, you’ll receive an e-mail with the resume;
Do I have to pay to return an item?
Return shipping charges are responsibility of the customer except if the order received is incorrect or faulty. In this case, you should contact our customer service as soon as possible in way to solve the situation.
PayPal Return Shipping Refunded
If you choose to pay your order with PayPal, you can get a full refund of the return shipping costs*.

When returning an item, will I receive the return shipping costs?
If you’re returning all the items of your order, yes. You’ll be fully refunded, including the return shipping costs. If you’re returning only one of the items, you’ll only receive the refund of the item’s value. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you'll receive the refund of both items and the return shipping costs.
